How cold does the 1HP ice bath get?

The chiller is adjustable from 3°C to 42°C, so you can run a cold plunge without adding ice. It also heats, so you can use warmer water too.

How long does it take to cool the water?

At an ambient 25–28°C, it takes about 0.9 hours to bring 50 L down to 5°C, about 1.8 hours for 100 L and about 3.6 hours for 200 L. Times vary with room temperature and starting water temperature.

1HP or 0.6HP chiller: which do I need?

The 1HP has roughly 2700 W of cooling capacity versus about 1600 W for the 0.6HP, so it cools faster and handles larger volumes. That makes it the better choice for frequent or shared use. The 0.6HP system suits most single-person home setups.

Can I control it from my phone?

Yes. Built-in WiFi lets you set and monitor the temperature from the iOS or Android app, and the chiller also has a 5-inch colour display.

How is the water kept clean?
